Domestic orders inside the US and to Canada will ship via UPS ground.
International orders will ship via DHL express. Please email us at info@pernbaan.com for international shipping quotes.

Some of our lighting collections are kept in stock in NY and will ship in 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. Other collections which are customizable (for example, our different brass patina colors) will have a longer lead time for custom fabrication.

For domestic orders our products ship from our NY fulfillment center.
For international orders our products ship directly from our production facility in Thailand.
In stock items: returns are accepted for store credit with a 10% restocking fee.
Custom ordered items: Because of the bespoke manufacturing process, we are not able to offer returns on any furniture pieces or 'made to order' products. Items that fall under the category of 'made to order' are: Kraas Sconce, Fluted Pendants, Ban Pa Ao Pendant's, custom made ADA backplates, and all Furniture.
Returns must be initiated within 1 week from product delivery.
Lighting products that have already been installed will not be accepted as returns. Please do not cut the wires or cotton cord of your fixture if you think you might want to return it.
All components should be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Please take care when repacking to ensure that your return will be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 2 weeks for us to inspect your returned order. If the return is accepted we will issue you a store credit minus the 10% restocking fee.
Immediately inspect your order upon delivery. If you think that your product was damaged during shipping, please inform us within 3 working days and provide photos of the damage.
We will work with you to replace any damaged or missing components as soon as possible.
